　　Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: A. 61 units of 10-meter high-end pure electric buses; all of which are for Shanghai Pudong New Area Jinguo Public Transport Co., Ltd.

　　B. 61 sets of power batteries and service packages (battery suppliers shall provide 8-year full life cycle quality guarantee, maintenance and replacement of spare parts and other system support services in accordance with national and local technical standards) (for details, please refer to Part Three - Procurement Requirements)

　　合同履约期限：交付时间：合同签订后的 60 天内完成全部车辆上牌并验收合格交付(最晚不迟于 2025 年10月交付)

　　The Contract Period: Delivery Time: All vehicles shall complete licensing, pass acceptance inspection, and be delivered within 60 days after the signing of the contract (with the latest delivery date no later than October 2025)

　　二、申请人的资格要求

　　2. Qualification Requirements for Bidder

　　(a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定;

　　(a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";

　　(b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：本次招标若符合政府强制采购节能产品、鼓励环保产品、扶持福利企业、促进残疾人就业、促进中小企业发展、支持监狱和戒毒企业等政策，将落实相关政策。

　　(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: If this tender complies with government policies such as mandatory procurement of energy-saving products, encouragement of environmental protection products, support for welfare enterprises, promotion of employment for persons with disabilities, promotion of the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, and support for prison and drug rehabilitation enterprises, the relevant policies will be implemented.
